CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — A Corvallis, Ore., man escaped with minor injuries when his ultralight plane crashed into some irrigation equipment just north of that city.
The Corvallis Gazette-Times identified the pilot in Friday’s crash as 57-year-old Peter Owens.
Witnesses say strong winds likely were to blame.
