SEATTLE (AP) — Four people have been arrested and two others are being sought in a July shootout at a car show in Kent that left a dozen people wounded.
Prosecutors say all of those charged Thursday in King County Superior Court are members of the Playboy-Surenos street gang.
The gunfire erupted during a low-rider car show in a parking lot on July 23. Fearful crowd members and merchants took cover or fled; none of the injuries was life-threatening.
The four in custody are Martin McSmith, who faces assault charges; James Lopez Jr., a juvenile charged as an adult with drive-by shooting; and brothers Patrick and Shea Auble, who are accused of rendering criminal assistance.
