SEATTLE (AP) — Labor unions, retirees and activists say they want to make sure President Barack Obama hears from Seattle when he visits Seattle on Sunday.

They plan hold a loud protest rally outside the Paramount Theater while the president is inside at an expensive fundraising luncheon.

The activists tell seattlepi.com (http://bit.ly/nHqBEP) their message is thanks, but you can do a lot more.

The protest is being put on by the Washington State Labor Council, Puget Sound Alliance for Retired Americans, Casa Latina and other organizations.

To see the president during his visit to the Puget Sound, people will need to spend at least $1,000 to attend one of two fundraising events.
