METAPAN, El Salvador (AP) — Eddie Ababio scored in his professional debut to help the Colorado Rapids beat Isidro Metapan 3-1 on Wednesday night to keep their CONCACAF Champions league hopes alive.

The Rapids leaped over Metapan into second place in Group B.

Ababio took a quick pass from Ross LaBauex on the counterattack and dribbled 35 yards before lobbing it over Metapan goalkeeper Miguel Montes.
