SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A driver was arrested for investigation of vehicular homicide after a collision with a bicycle in Spokane.
KREM reports (http://is.gd/kf0EHT ) the bicyclist was in serious condition after the accident early Sunday on Spokane’s South Hill.
