ROUND ROCK, Texas (AP) — Josh Hamilton is suffering from migraine headaches and the Texas Rangers’ slugger is day to day.

Rangers manager Ron Washington said Hamilton would be evaluated before the club’s exhibition game Monday night against its Triple-A affiliate, Round Rock. The center fielder left Friday night’s game against Colorado with a tight left groin.

The Rangers also announced a handful of roster decisions. Washington said outfielder Craig Gentry and infielders Alberto Gonzales and Brandon Snyder have made the big league team.

Texas infielder Luis Hernandez and outfielder Julio Borbon will start the season at Round Rock and play shortstop and center field, respectively, for the Triple-A club.
