Police ask for help finding suspect in assault, robbery

The Woodland Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating an 18-year-old man wanted on suspicion of felony assault, robbery, attempt to elude and drugs by three separate law enforcement agencies.

Kasey Kalani Paul Chapin, 18, is believed to be in the La Center area.

Woodland police want him on suspicion of felony assault and robbery. He is wanted by LaCenter police for suspicion of attempt to elude. There also is an outstanding bench warrant for Chapin out of Cowlitz County District Court for suspicion of marijuana possession.

Chapin may be driving a white 1987 Volkswagen Jetta four-door with Washington License No. AEC1881. This car is registered to Chapin.

Anyone with information about Chapin is asked to call 911 or the Woodland Police Department at 360-225-8981.
