AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. (AP) — State prison officials are investigating the death of an inmate at the Airway Heights Corrections Center over the weekend.
Dale Stahl, 57, died Saturday in what prison spokeswoman Risa Klemme said is listed as an “unexpected death.”
The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s office has performed an autopsy, but the cause and manner of death have yet to be determined.
