OSLO, Norway (AP) — The Norwegian club Molde says American winger Josh Gatt has signed a new contract that keeps him with the team through 2015.
Gatt, a 20-year-old from Plymouth, Mich., first signed with Molde in January 2011. He was picked for the U.S. under-23 team for Olympic qualifying, but Molde refused to release him for last month’s tournament.
Molde, managed by former Manchester United forward Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, announced the deal Friday.
