Letter: Sowell columns appreciated

The Columbian
Published: April 14, 2012, 5:00pm

Just a quick note to say thank you for including commentaries from Thomas Sowell in The Columbian. He is a level-headed, intelligent voice and has been influential in educating me repeatedly about many issues our nation is facing. I refer to his April 10 column, “Obama has knack for making falsehoods sound true,” regarding President Barack Obama’s ability to re-create history by making statements that are untrue and his reliance on the liberal media to not confront him outright, as they are have been so willing (and eager) to do with past conservative presidents.
