BEND, Ore. (AP) — An explosion and fire Thursday morning in Bend heavily damaged a home and injured one person
KTVZ reports (http://bit.ly/I7BMI2 ) two other houses were damaged to a lesser extent.
Callers from the neighborhood just south of downtown described a thunderous blast. Firefighters said they couldn’t immediately pinpoint a cause.
The condition of the injured person wasn’t immediately available.
