Community Foundation luncheon: The May 8 “Generations of Generosity” luncheon put on by the Community Foundation of Southwest Washington is a “no-ask” event because people in attendance are not asked for contributions. “It’s merely a celebration for philanthropy in which we can honor those who have given generously,” said Community Foundation spokesman Maury Harris.
