PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Multnomah County parole officers have issued an arrest warrant for a sex offender who broke his GPS monitoring bracelet.
KGW reports (http://is.gd/duIGgt) 46-year-old Charles Lisle had been on electronic monitoring since March while on parole for attempted rape and domestic violence convictions.
