WIMBLEDON, England (AP) — Top seed Victoria Azarenka reached the quarterfinals of the Olympics with a 7-6 (6), 6-4 win over Nadia Petrova of Russia at Wimbledon.
It was the fourth meeting at the All England Club between the two players, with Azarenka of Belarus leading their head-to-head there 3-1. Azarenka won the Australian Open. Petrova is ranked 19 in the world.
