PITTSFORD, N.Y. (AP) — The Buffalo Bills have two capable running backs in Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller, and yet only one ball to go around.

For coach Chan Gailey, that’s not a bad problem to have.

With a desire to get the most out of the two, Gailey’s already cautioned Jackson and Spiller to limit their expectations regarding playing time and production because he intends for them to share the load.

The two are buying in.

Jackson joked he can only sympathize with Gailey’s dilemma, saying he’s glad he doesn’t have to make that decision. The three-year starter is fully recovered from a season-ending broken leg.

Spiller’s on board, too. With expectations growing in Buffalo, the Bills 2010 first-round draft pick says both understand this is not a time to be selfish.
