Portland police late Monday night located a Vancouver teen who went missing earlier in the day.
Parrish Dunlap, 16, disappeared from a Northeast Portland medical facility Monday evening and was last seen on foot in the area, according to a Portland Police Bureau release. Police were initially unable to find him.
According to a second news release, police found Dunlap around 11:30 p.m. walking the streets in blue paper hospital scrubs.
