Harte leaves small business development center

Janet Harte announced this week she will step down from her position as certified business advisor with the Washington Small Business Development Center Network’s Vancouver office, effective Dec. 31. After the first of the year, Harte expects to open a consulting business, Harte & Associates. She has worked for the center since the 1990s.
