LOS ANGELES (AP) — Shabazz Muhammad scored a career-high 25 points and UCLA rolled to a 95-53 victory over Prairie View A&M on Saturday night for its third straight win.

Fellow freshman Kyle Anderson added a career-best 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Bruins (7-3), who were playing their first game since winning by two points at Texas a week ago. Muhammad made all six of his free throws in UCLA’s biggest margin of victory this season.

After a 7-7 tie to start, the Bruins controlled the rest of the game, leading by 23 at halftime and doubling that advantage in the second half.

Ryan Gesiakowski made four 3-pointers in scoring 14 points, and Jourdan DeMuynck added 10 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Panthers (5-6), who had their two-game winning streak snapped in losing for the fifth time in eight games.
