DALLAS (AP) — The Mavericks were without key reserve Lamar Odom and starting center Brendan Haywood for Wednesday night’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Odom was sent home with a stomach ailment and Haywood was ruled out with lower back tightness.

Oklahoma City was missing starting swingman Thabo Sefalosha due to a sore right foot. Sefalosha averages 5.2 points and 2.7 boards per game. Thunder coach Scott Brooks said Daequan Cook would start in Sefalosha’s spot.

Dallas remains without starting point guard Jason Kidd, who missed his third straight game with a strained right calf.

Odom has struggled since he was acquired from the Los Angeles Lakers in a preseason trade, averaging 8.0 points and shooting 35 percent from the field.

Haywood averages 5.4 points and 7.0 rebounds.
