Jeffrey Brian Johnson is accused of killing 22-year-old Ryan Lee Johnson outside a Thriftway grocery store in the town of Aloha, west of Portland.
The two are not related, but Jeffrey Johnson is the grandfather of Ryan Johnson's 3-year-old son.
