The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported armed robbery at a Hazel Dell retailer Saturday.
The robbery occurred about 5 p.m. at Discount Tobacco & Beverage, 6301 N.E. Highway 99, according to emergency radio traffic monitored at The Columbian.
The suspect, who brandished but did not fire a handgun, demanded money and then ordered the employee to lay on the ground. He was last seen running from the business and heading east.
He was described as a white man in his 20s of average height and thin build, with dark clothing. He wore a ski mask over his face with holes cut out for eyes and his mouth.
The robber was last seen running from the business and heading east.
No injuries were reported.
