JERUSALEM (AP) -- Israeli police say they have increased the state of alert all over the country following bomb attacks against Israeli diplomats in India and Georgia.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said on Tuesday that emphasis has been placed on security at public places, foreign embassies and offices, as well as Ben-Gurion International Airport.
He says patrols have been stepped up and deployed to sensitive areas and that police have been instructed to be especially vigilant.
