ATLANTA (AP) — The Atlanta Hawks say All-Star guard Joe Johnson is doubtful for Wednesday’s game against the New York Knicks because of tendinitis in his left knee.

Johnson left in the third quarter of a loss to the Chicago Bulls on Monday night.

Forward Marvin Williams is expected to return when the Hawks face the Knicks in New York. He didn’t play against the Bulls because he was attending a family member’s funeral.
