PORT ORCHARD, Wash. (AP) -- Five people are accused of rendering criminal assistance in Thursday's killing of Washington State Patrol Trooper Tony Radulescu (rad-ihl-EHS'-kyoo) near Gorst.
Four are schedule to make preliminary appearances at 3 p.m. Monday in Kitsap County District Court in Port Orchard. The Kitsap County sheriff's office says they include an 18-year-old woman who was a passenger in the pickup driven by Joshua Blake when he was pulled over.
The others arrested Friday were at an address where Blake abandoned the truck after the shooting. They are a 26-year-old woman, a 30-year-old man, and a 37-year-old man.
Blake's former girlfriend, 32-year-old Jessi Leigh Foster, was arrested Thursday after he shot and killed himself. She's accused of trying to help him flee. She appeared in court Friday and is held on $500,000 bail.
