Portland pedestrian struck by car, dies

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- A 76-year-old man has died after being struck by a car while crossing the street.
Portland police say James A. Ridderbusch died Saturday of injuries sustained from Friday's collision.
Police say that Ridderbusch crossed the street while a 47-year-old woman driver had a green light.
