BOSTON (AP) — Dallas Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle was ejected Wednesday night against Boston after picking up back-to-back technical fouls in the third quarter.
Carlisle was tossed when he ran down the sideline, over midcourt, to complain to the officials.
He left the game with 10:34 to play in the third quarter.
It’s the second time an opposing coach has been ejected against the Celtics. Washington coach Flip Saunders was tossed just 1:46 into last week’s game in Boston.
