COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — New Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin has added offensive and defensive coordinators as well several other assistants.

Kliff Kingsbury, who was on Sumlin’s staff at Houston, will be his offensive coordinator, and Mark Snyder the defensive coordinator. Snyder, the former Marshall head coach, most recently worked as defensive coordinator at South Florida.

Also joining Sumlin from his staff at Houston are offensive line coach B.J. Anderson, running backs coach and recruiting coordinator Clarence McKinney and Larry Jackson, who will head the strength and conditioning program.

Brian Polian is the special teams coordinator and tight ends coach, and David Beaty will coach wide receivers. Terrell Williams, who coached A&M’s defensive line last season, will remain in that position.

The Aggies also hired Justin Moore as associated athletic director for football.
