Long prison sentence for Polk County sex offender

DALLAS, Ore. (AP) -- A 34-year-old sex offender has been sentenced to 62 years in prison in Polk County Circuit Court.
Greg Scott Evensizer of West Salem pleaded guilty to six felony charges involving the abuse of three girls all under the age of 12. He was sentenced Monday.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Gaddis told the Statesman Journal (http://is.gd/zU0KY1 ) he'll do every single day of the sentence under Ballot Measure 11, which that sets minimum mandatory sentences for serious crimes
