Gridiron guests visit patients at Shriners

Wednesday was the annual trip to Shriners Hospital for Southwest Washington high school football standouts. It was all part of the build up to the Freedom Bowl Classic high school all-star football game featuring recently graduated seniors from Southwest Washington.

The Freedom Bowl Classic will be played at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Kiggins Bowl. Tickets are $8; children 6 and under get in free. Clark County Youth Football will be holding exhibition games at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
