Rockies’ Nelson in hospital for heart tests

DENVER (AP) — Rockies infielder Chris Nelson is in the hospital to have tests for an irregular heartbeat.

The team said Nelson was admitted before Colorado’s game against Pittsburgh on Monday night and will remain overnight.

Nelson is hitting .256 with five home runs and 23 RBIs in 58 games this season.
