The Camas Farmer’s Market kicks off its fifth season Wednesday.

The market will be open from 3 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Oct. 10. The market is in downtown Camas on Fourth Avenue between Northeast Everett and Franklin streets, near City Hall and the Camas Public Library.

This year, the market has a new Fresh Match program, which offers customers using EBT cards a free match of up to $5. The market also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and WIC vouchers.

The kickoff of the new season will include a health fair with booths from health and wellness groups. And the new sponsor, Providence Health and Services, will host two special event days this year, June 27 and Aug. 22, that will focus on healthy living activities.
