ONTARIO, Calif. (AP) — Now that he’s pro skateboarding’s first $1 million man, 17-year-old Nyjah Huston doesn’t intend to ease up heading into the second stop of the Street League Skateboarding tour.

Huston headlines the field of 24 pro skaters entered in the contest Friday and Saturday.

Huston won the first stop at Kansas City last month. The top prize of $150,000 gave him career contest earnings of $1.1 million.

It was his fifth victory in three seasons of Street League.

Huston says winning the tour opener takes off some of the pressure going into the second of four contests. He says the key to his dominance has been picking the right tricks to perform.

Other top pros entered include Sean Malto, Ryan Sheckler, Paul Rodriguez, and Chris Cole.
