A 19-year-old woman escaped serious injury Wednesday after her four-door sedan landed upside down in a ditch on Northeast 182nd Avenue near Risto Road in Hockinson.
She was alone in the car, said Fire Chief Steve Wrightson of Clark County Fire District 3. The accident happened about 2 p.m.
The driver was not injured, Wrightson said, and was able to get out of the vehicle. Her name was not released because of privacy laws.
Wrightson said the initial 911 call said the accident was on Ward Road. That misinformation slowed the response time, he said.
