KELSO, Wash. (AP) — Cowlitz County highlights Mount St. Helens in a tourism marketing campaign starting with the new slogan, “Where Nature Erupts.”
County Commissioner James Misner told The Daily News (http://is.gd/qIABA7 ) it was picked as the top choice of the Big Idea Tourism Board from an initial list of 35 suggestions.
The county’s previous tourism slogans were “Awesome” and “It’s More than a Day.”
