Letter: Vote for new school in Woodland

The Columbian
Published: March 10, 2012, 4:00pm

As a responsible father, grandfather and great grandfather, I feel it is my responsibility to do the right thing and vote “yes” for Woodland’s new high school.

This is an investment in our future. The time is now. Interest rates and construction cost are very low. This will not be the case after the economy starts to recover.

If we do our part, I feel very confident the students and teachers will do their part. Woodland is very fortunate to have such great award-winning students and teachers

Please do the right thing and vote yes on the bond measure April 17. Remember, you have to be registered to do this. For more information, go to http://www.woodlandschools.org.
