CHICAGO (AP) — The Chicago Bulls are missing three players, including two starters, against the New York Knicks.

All-Star forward Luol Deng sat out for the second straight game Monday after his left wrist injury flared up during Thursday’s loss to Orlando. He was replaced in the starting lineup by Kyle Korver.

Coach Tom Thibodeau says Deng is “doing better” and he hopes he’ll return soon.

Starting guard Richard Hamilton missed his fourth straight game because of a bruised and sprained right shoulder. Hamilton has missed 27 games this season with various injuries.

Backup point guard C.J. Watson missed his fifth game in a row with a sprained left ankle. All three are listed as day-to-day.

Bulls center Joakim Noah returned to the lineup after missing Saturday’s win over Utah with flulike symptoms.
