WALLA WALLA, Wash. (AP) -- A Walla Walla man accused of killing a police informant was charged Monday with murder.
Walla Walla County prosecutors say 43-year-old Daniel D. Dodd shot Kevin Myrick last June because he had bought drugs from Dodd's girlfriend and was a possible witness in the case against her.
The Union-Bulletin reports (http://is.gd/HnHRHI) the girlfriend, 42-year-old Tina L. Taylor, pleaded guilty and was sentenced in August to more than eight years in prison for delivering hydrocodone within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop.
