GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — Duke looks to continue its opening-round dominance in the NCAA tournament when the heavily-favored Blue Devils meet 15th-seeded Lehigh on Friday at the Greensboro Coliseum.

The Blue Devils have won 14 of their last 15 opening-round games and done so rather convincingly — winning by an average of 26.9 points per game. The only hiccup came in 2007 when the Blue Devils were upset by Virginia Commonwealth 79-77.

But that was a rarity.

Overall, Duke has won 25 of its last 27 first-round games under coach Mike Krzyzewski. He’ll likely have to win this one without Ryan Kelly.

Krzyzewski says the 6-foot-11 forward will dress, but is not expected to play against Lehigh as his sprained right foot he injured in Duke’s regular-season finale is still not fully healed.
