Jordan swimmer Mezayek gets 2-year ban for doping

LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) -- Jordanian swimmer Nazih Samer Mezayek has been banned for two years after testing positive for an anabolic steroid.
FINA says the Jordan Swimming Federation imposed the ban to run through Sept. 9, 2013.
Mezayek tested positive for nandrolone in an out-of-competition test last September.
