A man was taken into custody about 9:30 p.m. Saturday in connection with a disturbance with a gun at Tender Green Chinese Cuisine, 12329 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd. in Vancouver, according to emergency radio traffic.

The man allegedly fired one shot before walking out the back of the restaurant shortly before 8:30 p.m. The shooter was described as a white man in his 50s, tall and thin, wearing a biker vest and carrying a gun in his back pocket.

No one was injured, but investigators reported finding a bullet hole at the restaurant.

The man was believed to live near the restaurant, and police converged on the area. A suspect was taken into custody about an hour after the incident.

The suspect’s name was not available by press time, nor was the charge on which he was detained.
