Youth invited to make healthy habits videos

Clark County Public Health and Leadership Clark County are sponsoring a youth video contest to highlight healthy lifestyles.

The Clark County Youth Video Contest is open to all Clark County residents 18 years or younger.

Entrants should make a video, 2 minutes or shorter, showing creative ways they eat healthy food, get exercise or prevent other kids from becoming overweight or obese.

Then, upload the video to YouTube and email the link to ccletsmove@gmail.com by May 31.

Five winners will be announced at the Vancouver USA Kids Marathon on June 16. Categories include: ages 10 and younger; ages 11 to 14; ages 15 to 18; community; and people’s choice.

Winning videos will be posted on the sponsoring agencies’ websites.
