SPRINGFIELD, Ore. (AP) — A 73-year-old man who died of natural causes at his home Wednesday in Springfield leaves a gun collection worth about half a million dollars, but police haven’t been able to locate any heirs to his estate.

Police say more than 100 firearms were found inside the home of gun dealer Victor Bryan Fogle. A bomb squad also removed several hundred pounds of gunpowder from the house.

The Register-Guard reports (http://is.gd/qshHav) that if no relatives are found, the guns will become property of the state.
