MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) — A videographer who helped make an Ashland video to raise awareness of sexual assault pleaded guilty Tuesday to child sex abuse charges in Jackson County Circuit Court.
Fifty-year-old Mark Butterfield was sentenced to four years in prison.
The Mail Tribune reports (http://is.gd/qpsGJA) Butterfield shot video at a 2010 “Take Back the Night” rally in Ashland.
He was previously convicted in 2004 of encouraging child sexual abuse after his wife discovered child pornography video at their Ashland home.
