CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — Joe Harris scored 17 points and Paul Jesperson added a career-high nine as Virginia cruised to a 63-44 win over Lamar in NIT Tip-Off consolation action on Monday night.

Virginia shot 43.4 percent (22 of 53) and held Lamar to 32.6 percent (15 of 46). The Cavaliers turned 14 Lamar turnovers into 31 points.
