TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Kansas City’s Brady Quinn is making his first start in nearly three years Sunday, filling in for the injured Matt Cassel against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Cassel sat out Sunday after leaving last week’s 9-6 loss to Baltimore with a concussion.

E.J. Biggers starts at left cornerback for the Bucs, replacing Aquib Talib, who began serving a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

Defensive end Glenn Dorsey, receiver Devon Wylie, running back Peyton Hillis, linebacker Bryan Kehl, center Bryan Mattison and defensive back Tysyn Hartman also are inactive for the Chiefs.

Tampa Bay’s inactives are running back Michael Smith, defensive back Keith Tandy, linebacker Najee Goode, center-guard Cody Wallace, receiver Chris Owusu, tight end Danny Noble and defensive end Markus White.
