ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — Tennessee Titans linebacker Zac Diles was carted off from the sideline after hurting his right ankle in the first quarter against the Buffalo Bills.
Diles was hurt when he was attempting to tackle running back C.J. Spiller on the Bills first possession on Sunday. Diles was leaning to his left, when he lost his footing and his right ankle twisted beneath him.
Diles slowly limped off the field after being tended to by Titans trainers, and was then driven off from the sideline.
Diles was starting in place of Colin McCarthy, who missed his fourth game with an ankle injury.
