Construction to cause closure of section of Northeast 109th

Roadwork will close a section of Northeast 109th Street beginning Monday and continuing into next month, according to NW Construction General Contracting Inc.
The street will close between Northeast St. Johns Road and Northeast 72nd Avenue while crews with the Battle Ground-based company install new sewer pipes. The road is expected to re-open Oct. 10.
Though the project will affect a public road, NW Construction was hired by a private property owner for the job.
