A $25,000 grant from the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington will enable the city to revive the Teen Late Night Program for the 2012-13 school year.
The program, which runs Friday evenings at Marshall Community Center and Firstenburg Community Center, had been eliminated due to city budget cuts.
The program is free for middle school and high school students, who must show identification.
Teens can play board and video games, pool or pingpong or play in the gym.
The program should be running again by mid-October, the Parks Foundation of Clark County announced Monday.
Check the Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation website, http://cityofvancouver.us/parks-recreation, after Oct. 1 for more information.
