Fruit Valley — Three Fruit Valley Elementary School girls followed through on their goal of making Easter brighter for families in need. Fifth-graders Chloe Huebner and Allyson Tindall, along with Allyson’s third-grade sister Lillyan Tindall, developed a plan to ask for donations from local businesses and groups in order to fill holiday baskets for neighborhood families who might be low on money this year. The girls were able to pack about 65 baskets with toys, candy and stuffed animals. “They got a pretty good response,” said Lisa DiMurro, school secretary.
