Franko’s Dog and Cat Grooming, 2704 E. Evergreen Blvd., will celebrate its 30th anniversary of pampering “all breeds large and small” in November. The family-run business was started by Eileen Davis. Since then, her daughter Gina Patterson and granddaughter Rosanna Patterson have joined the shop’s staff.
